3. Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, and printable items are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our files, claim the designs as your own, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. After purchase, digital files are available immediately for download. No physical item will be shipped.

4. Processing and Shipping (Physical Items)

Processing times vary depending on the product. You can find current turnaround times listed in each product description. Once an order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because many of our items are made to order, all sales are final. However, we want you to love what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your concern. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads, customized or personalized items, or used, opened, or damaged products not caused by our error. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for eligible items.

We accept secure payments through platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and PayPal. Applicable taxes are automatically calculated and collected where required by law. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Any coupons, discount codes, or rewards provided by Cozy Stationery Nook are valid only for the time period stated. Each order may use one discount code unless otherwise approved. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
